Yogurt waffles

Spread the love

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g low-fat yogurt 0.1% fat
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 ml milk, low-fat 1.5% fat
  • 75 ml water
  • Sweetener, liquid as needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

ww 1.7* per waffle, makes approx. 10 waffles

First, mix the liquid ingredients together with a hand mixer. Combine the flour and baking powder and sift them over the top. Mix everything well to avoid lumps. Season to taste with liquid sweetener if desired. Heat up the waffle iron and spray it with oil-free spray or an oil sprayer. Fill the waffle iron with batter in portions. When they are nice and brown, the waffles are ready. Then top with powdered sugar, fruit… depending on your taste (charge extra!). I don’t charge for the oil because I only use a very small amount, but if you use more, please add the oil separately. Of course, you can also use flavorings such as bitter almond or orange flavoring, depending on your taste. Sugar can also be added, but please follow the instructions.
