Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g raspberries, frozen.
- 100 g ice cream (vanilla)
- 350 ml buttermilk
- n. B. sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Not just a treat in summer!
First, puree the raspberries thoroughly, then add the ice and buttermilk, and puree again. Depending on how sweet you want it, you can add a little more sugar. I usually use half a tablespoon. If buttermilk isn’t available, you can also make the shake with regular milk. However, using buttermilk gives it an even fresher taste and a nice, creamy consistency!
