Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g raspberries, frozen or fresh
  • 500 ml vinegar (white wine vinegar)

Thaw frozen raspberries according to the package instructions, then sort fresh raspberries. Place the raspberries in a bottle and pour the white wine vinegar over them. Place the bottle in a sunny location (e.g., a windowsill) for 14 days, shaking it once daily. After 14 days, strain the vinegar and bring it to a boil. Then let it cool and finally pour it back over the raspberries.
