Chutney with green tomatoes from Rosinenkind

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,000 g tomatoes, green, diced
  • 500 g apples, peeled and diced
  • 500 g onion(s), cleaned and finely diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled, finely diced
  • 1 Piri-Piri, small cradled
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 ml balsamic vinegar, white
  • 250 ml dry white wine
  • 1 ½ tbsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 slice(s) ginger, pickled in syrup
  • 1 tbsp curry powder, maybe a little more
  • 100 g raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine everything in a large pot and simmer until thickened. Season to taste and finally pour into prepared twist-off jars.
