Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g yogurt, 10% fat, stirred
- 75 ml cream, liquid
- 250 g raspberries
- 2 tbsp sugar, or a few dashes of liquid sweetener
- some vanilla pod(s) pulp
Instructions

with sweetener (liquid) also tasty for diabetics
Whisk the yogurt and cream until smooth, then add the sugar and vanilla seeds. Place a few raspberries into a dessert bowl and top with the yogurt. Set a few raspberries aside for garnish. Puree the remaining raspberries and strain through a sieve. Pour over the yogurt and garnish with the remaining raspberries. Per serving: 374 kcal, 27 g carbohydrates. Without sugar, the amount is correspondingly lower.
