Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 600 g red cabbage
- 4 oranges
- 1 banana(s)
- 300 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oil (nut oil)
- 2 tbsp chives, in rolls
- pepper
- Salt
- 50 g pine nuts, chopped, roasted
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Trim and quarter the cabbage, remove the stem, wash, and finely slice. Peel and segment the oranges. Peel the banana and blend it with yogurt, lemon juice, and oil in a blender. Mix with chives and season with salt and pepper. Mix the red cabbage with the orange segments. Pour the sauce over the cabbage and sprinkle with pine nuts.
