- 1 bag of rice pudding, approx. 100 g, light version with little sugar
- 1 large apple, slightly sweet
- 500 ml milk
- 250 g vanilla yogurt
- Sugar
- Cinnamon

Bring the milk to a boil. Then stir in the rice with a fork and let stand for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the apple into small pieces and mix the cinnamon and sugar (amount to taste) in a 1:1 or 3:7 ratio. Now pour the vanilla yogurt over the rice and stir vigorously counterclockwise. Then top with the apples, sugar, and cinnamon. Your guests will love you for this!
