Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g sugar
  • 400 ml water, hot
  • 250 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • Ice, crushed
  • Lemon slice(s)
  • Peppermint leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine sugar and water in a carafe and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add lemon juice and continue stirring. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Fill tall glasses with ice and pour in the lemonade. Garnish with lemon slices and mint and serve!
