  • First, sauté the onion in some oil. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Slice the mushrooms.
  • For the béchamel sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan. Sprinkle in the flour and let it sweat a bit. Now add milk and let the sauce simmer for about 3 minutes. Season them with salt and pepper.
  • In your casserole dish, first layer some béchamel sauce, then lasagna sheets and tomato sauce. Repeat for the second layer as well. Then put the spinach on top.
  • Then add the mushrooms for the third layer. Spread the rest of the sauce and your mozzarella on top.
  • Bake the lasagne at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
