Red beans – feta cheese – salad

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 2 cans of beans, red
  • 500 g sheep’s cheese
  • 4 onions
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 6 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tsp mustard, grainy
  • salt and pepper
  • 125 ml olive oil
  • 3 tbsp chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Rinse the beans in a sieve and place them in a bowl with the diced feta cheese, diced onions, and finely diced garlic. For the dressing, combine the vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, olive oil, and chives and pour over the salad ingredients. Let it marinate well. This salad can be prepared a day in advance for parties.
