Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 25 g sesame seeds, light
  • 75 g red cabbage, finely chopped
  • 25 g lemon juice
  • 20 g olive oil or rapeseed oil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • 125 g chickpeas, drained
  • 20 g water
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until light brown, then pour into a cold container to cool. Blend the sesame seeds into a powder in a blender. Add the red cabbage, garlic, lemon juice, oil, water, and cumin and blend thoroughly. Then add the chickpeas and blend everything into a spreadable paste. Season with salt and pepper. You may need to add a little more water.
