Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g turkey or chicken
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- ½ liter coconut milk
- ½ liter peach juice
- 2 tbsp red curry paste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 large onion(s)
- 3 large carrots
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 peach(s), ripe
- n. B. spice(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Finely slice the vegetables and sauté in sesame oil. Cut the meat into small cubes and add it, top up with the vegetable stock, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the curry paste, coconut milk, peach juice, and the finely chopped peach. Bring everything to a boil and season to taste.
