Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 egg white
- 20 g ground almonds
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ½ banana(s)
- Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp coconut milk, or milk
- 1 tsp honey, agave syrup or sugar
- Butter, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Blend all dry ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Then stir in the wet ingredients. Add butter to the pan and fry 2 teaspoons of batter over medium-high heat for about 1-2 minutes per side. Then pile up and serve with fruit and yogurt.
