Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 10 m.-sized jacket potatoes, cold
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 6 tomatoes, dried and pickled in oil
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 100 ml water
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp sugar, or agave syrup
- 4 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
fiery spicy fried potatoes with dried tomatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut into chunks. Dice the onions and sun-dried tomatoes. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the potatoes for about 5 minutes. Then add the chopped onion and fry for another 2 minutes. Add the tomato paste and sun-dried tomatoes and stir well. Add the water and spices and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
