  • 4 eggs
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for the pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Scrambled eggs with spring onions and tomatoes

Wash the tomatoes and spring onions. Dice the tomatoes and slice the spring onions into rings. Whisk together the salt, pepper, nutmeg, and eggs, then add the tomatoes and spring onions. Heat a little oil in a pan. Then add the egg and vegetable mixture to the pan. Let the egg set. Serve.
