Yellow Pea Stew

- 200 g Dried yellow peas
- 4 Discs Smoked ham
- 1 Carrot
- 0,5 Pc. Leek
- 1 Potato
- 5 Discs Smoked bacon
- Salt pepper
- 1 pinch Garlic spice
- Parsely
- Peel the potato and cut into bite-sized pieces, cut the carrot, leek and ham into small pieces or rings and cook with the peas, salt, pepper and garlic for about 1 hour.
- Dice the bacon and leave it in the pan and add at the end of the pea soup. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Season to taste and then serve.
