Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 20 cherry(s), sweet
  • 1 handful of pineapple, cut into pieces
  • 2 large kohlrabi leaves
  • 2 tbsp, chopped seeds (chia)
  • 1 tbsp, sautéed hemp seeds, peeled
  • 1 tsp, leveled psyllium husk, ground (fiber husk)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with cherries, pineapple and seeds

Pit the cherries. Cut about a handful of pieces from a fresh pineapple. Place the cherries, pineapple pieces, and kohlrabi leaves in a blender. Add the chia seeds, hemp seeds, psyllium husks, and salt, and fill with water up to the 1-liter mark. Blend on high for 2 minutes and serve.
