Picandou in a zucchini coating

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 goat’s cheese (Picandou)
  • 1 zucchini
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

as a snack, side dish or starter

Peel the zucchini and then slice it thinly with a vegetable peeler. Wrap each picandou in zucchini strips, ensuring it’s well wrapped on all sides. Finally, secure with toothpicks. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the “parcels” until golden brown on both sides. They’re perfect with a large salad, as a side dish to meat, or as a delicious appetizer.
