Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g nuts or almonds, ground
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 200 ml red wine, dry
  • 300 g apples, peeled, finely diced
  • Fat for the mold
  • Breadcrumbs for the mold
  • e.g. powdered sugar or red wine glaze or chocolate glaze

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cream the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the eggs and mix in. Combine the flour with the nuts or almonds, chocolate sprinkles, baking powder, and cinnamon and mix in. Stir in the red wine and finally fold in the peeled and finely diced apples. Pour the batter into a greased and breadcrumb-coated Bundt cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 60-70 minutes. Once cooled, cover with powdered sugar or red wine glaze or chocolate glaze.
