Red Wine Cookies
The perfect red wine cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
dough
- 500 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 250 g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tsp Cinammon
- 280 g Butter
- 6 tbsp Red wine

- Apricot jam

- Chocolateglaze
- Colored sugar
- Make a kneading dough from the specified ingredients and refrigerate it for about 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut out the biscuits. Bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. Let cool down.
- Put together 2 cookies each with apricot jam. Melt the chocolate icing and brush the cookies with it. Sprinkle with the colored sugar. Makes about 80 pieces.
