Red Wine Cookies

The perfect red wine cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tsp Cinammon
  • 280 g Butter
  • 6 tbsp Red wine

  • Apricot jam

ornament

  • Chocolateglaze
  • Colored sugar
  1. Make a kneading dough from the specified ingredients and refrigerate it for about 1 hour.
  1. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut out the biscuits. Bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. Let cool down.
  1. Put together 2 cookies each with apricot jam. Melt the chocolate icing and brush the cookies with it. Sprinkle with the colored sugar. Makes about 80 pieces.
