Chorizo in Red Wine
The perfect chorizo in red wine recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Chorizo sausage
- 4 Stems Sage
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Dark balsamic vinegar
- 75 ml Dry red wine
- Oil
- Peel the sausage and cut into slices.
- Wash the sage, pat dry, pluck the leaves off and chop.
- Coat a coated pan with a little oil and heat.
- Fry the chorizo for 2 – 3 minutes while turning.
- Possibly. in between dab the fat from the pan with a paper towel.
- Put the honey in the pan and let it caramelize.
- Deglaze with balsamic vinegar and red wine, add sage, simmer for 1 – 2 minutes, remove, let cool down a little and serve.
