Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- ¾ liter red wine (Merlot)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 rosemary sprig(s)
- 4 tbsp Parmesan
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water for about three minutes and drain. Bring the Merlot, sugar, butter, and rosemary to a boil and add the precooked pasta. Simmer until the wine is completely absorbed. Season the pasta with salt and pepper, if desired, and garnish with Parmesan cheese. Serve with lettuce as a side dish.
