Redfish Fillet on Spicy Leaf Spinach

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Discs Redfish fillet
  • 2 Discs Spinach leaves
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 2 Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Dried parsley
  • Salt
  • Lemon Pepper Mill
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Butter
  • 1 Nutmeg (grated)
  • 1 Fenugreek powder (or something from the bouillon cube)
  • 1 Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Sauté the chopped onion in a little butter and add the spinach. Simmer over medium heat. As soon as the spinach is soft, season it.
  • Sprinkle the washed fish fillets with salt and lemon pepper. Pull through the egg yolk and breadcrumbs (with the parsley in it) and press down a little if necessary.
  • Fry them hot in a pan and then fry them on both sides in butter over a medium heat.
  • At the table I still put some lemon juice on the finished fish. We had rice as a side dish.
