Ingredients
- 2 Discs Redfish fillet
- 2 Discs Spinach leaves
- 2 Egg yolk
- 2 Breadcrumbs
- 2 Dried parsley
- Salt
- Lemon Pepper Mill
- 1 Onion
- 1 Butter
- 1 Nutmeg (grated)
- 1 Fenugreek powder (or something from the bouillon cube)
- 1 Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Sauté the chopped onion in a little butter and add the spinach. Simmer over medium heat. As soon as the spinach is soft, season it.
- Sprinkle the washed fish fillets with salt and lemon pepper. Pull through the egg yolk and breadcrumbs (with the parsley in it) and press down a little if necessary.
- Fry them hot in a pan and then fry them on both sides in butter over a medium heat.
- At the table I still put some lemon juice on the finished fish. We had rice as a side dish.
