Warm Sour Cucumber Soup

The perfect warm sour cucumber soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Disc
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 bunch Soup vegetables
  • 4 Potatoes
  • 1 Glass Gherkins
  1. Wash the leg pieces, pat dry and add the bay leaves in cold water, add salt and pepper.
  2. Clean the soup vegetables (carrots, leeks; celery, kohlrabi), cut into slices, add to the broth and do not cook too soft
