Warm Sour Cucumber Soup
The perfect warm sour cucumber soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Disc
- 2 Bay leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 bunch Soup vegetables
- 4 Potatoes
- 1 Glass Gherkins
- Wash the leg pieces, pat dry and add the bay leaves in cold water, add salt and pepper.
- Clean the soup vegetables (carrots, leeks; celery, kohlrabi), cut into slices, add to the broth and do not cook too soft
