Redfish Fillet Steamed with Bacon

The perfect redfish fillet steamed with bacon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

cucumber salad

  • 120 g Ger. Lean bacon, diced
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • Salt, lemon juice, a little butter for the fish
  • Rice for 2 people

  • 1 Snake cucumber
  • Dill, amount to taste, sugar, vinegar, OIL
  • 1 Chopped onion
  1. Rinse off the fillets, pat dry. Salt and drizzle with lemon juice. Fry the bacon until crispy. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air.
  2. Fill the baking dish with vegetable stock, put the fish in it. Cover with bacon and put flakes of butter on top. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Prepare rice. Warm up the shish kebab sauce.
  3. Cut the cucumber into slices with the V-shaped slicer. Salt and prepare a marinade with dill, sugar, salt, vinegar and oil, pour over the cucumber. Fold in the chopped onion pieces. Serve as in the picture.
