Marinated Redfish Fillet

Ingredients
 

  • 3 Redfish fillets
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 3 Onions
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 250 ml White wine
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar essence 25%
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a marinade of wine, vinegar essence and crushed garlic clove and let the fillets steep in it for 20 minutes.
  • Halve the onions and tomatoes and cut into slices. Steam the onion wedges in the hot oil in a pan until translucent.
  • Put half of the onions with the oil and half of the tomatoes in a baking dish. Salt and pepper the fish fillets and place on top. Pour the remaining vegetables over it and pour on the marinade.
  • Cover the baking dish and place it in the oven for 25 minutes at 225 °. Potatoes or white bread are ideal for this.
