Ingredients
- 3 Redfish fillets
- 4 Tomatoes
- 3 Onions
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 250 ml White wine
- 1 tbsp Vinegar essence 25%
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
Instructions
- Prepare a marinade of wine, vinegar essence and crushed garlic clove and let the fillets steep in it for 20 minutes.
- Halve the onions and tomatoes and cut into slices. Steam the onion wedges in the hot oil in a pan until translucent.
- Put half of the onions with the oil and half of the tomatoes in a baking dish. Salt and pepper the fish fillets and place on top. Pour the remaining vegetables over it and pour on the marinade.
- Cover the baking dish and place it in the oven for 25 minutes at 225 °. Potatoes or white bread are ideal for this.
