Marinated Redfish Fillet

The perfect marinated redfish fillet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Redfish fillets
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 3 Onions
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 250 ml White wine
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar essence 25%
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. Prepare a marinade of wine, vinegar essence and crushed garlic clove and let the fillets steep in it for 20 minutes.
  1. Halve the onions and tomatoes and cut into slices. Steam the onion wedges in the hot oil in a pan until translucent.
  1. Put half of the onions with the oil and half of the tomatoes in a baking dish. Salt and pepper the fish fillets and place on top. Pour the remaining vegetables over it and pour on the marinade.
  1. Cover the baking dish and place it in the oven for 25 minutes at 225 °. Potatoes or white bread are ideal for this.
