Ingredients

  • 300 ml Water
  • 1 teaspoon Flower salt
  • 300 g Whole wheat flour
  • 100 gr Wholemeal rye flour
  • 80 gr Whole grain rye meal
  • 0,5 packet Sourdough extract
  • 0,5 packet Dry yeast
  • 30 g Sunflower seeds

Instructions

  • Put the ingredients in the BBA in the order given above, including dry yeast, and start the whole grain "Level I" program. When the signal sounds for additional ingredients to "add", add the sunflower seeds. The BBA takes care of the rest by itself. Duration a total of 3 hours 30min at BBA Unold. Let cool down briefly and then remove from the mold. Makes approx. 750 g of bread. Spring can come and enjoy your meal!
  • Of course you can bake the bread without BBA, unfortunately I don't know the exact times for "let rise". I only know that "rising" is very important for the yeast and that it takes a lot of time.
