Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 80 g flour
- 160 g oven cheese, grated
- 750 g redfish fillet(s)
- Salt
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Whisk together the eggs, milk, and flour, then fold in the cheese. Season the redfish fillets with lemon juice and a little salt. Then dip the fillets in the egg and cheese mixture and fry in a pan over medium heat. Serve with long-grain or wild rice and a salad plate.
