Refined pasta dish with pine nuts

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 100 g ham, cottage ham (diced)
  • 5 tbsp white wine
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • chives
  • 1 can/n tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)
  • 200 g pasta (spiral pasta)
  • Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil water and cook the pasta. Meanwhile, toast the pine nuts in a pan, add the diced onion, crushed garlic, and ham, and sizzle until the onions are translucent. Then deglaze with white wine and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and chives. Add the pizza tomatoes and let simmer for a while longer. Then add the pasta to the pan and fold in. Garnish with fresh Parmesan cheese.
