Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 50 ml water
- 2 stalks of thyme
- 1 lime(s), juice
- 4 tbsp blackcurrant juice
- n. B. ice cubes
- 0.7 litres of carbonated mineral water, cold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Bring the sugar, water, and thyme to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes until the sugar is dissolved. Allow the syrup to cool and refrigerate for about an hour. Stir in the lime juice and blackcurrant juice. Pour everything through a fine sieve into a pitcher half-filled with ice cubes. Top up with well-chilled mineral water and stir.
