Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 small onion(s)
- 250g spaghetti
- 1 lime(s)
- oil
- salt and pepper
- e.g. mint
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 bottle of Cremefine for cooking
- e.g. Parmesan, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Bring water to a boil and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions until al dente. Finely dice the onion and sauté in a little oil in a pan. Add the tuna and simmer with the Cremefine sauce. Add the lime zest and a little chopped mint. Add the parsley, season with salt and pepper, and simmer until the spaghetti is ready to drain. Then add the drained spaghetti to the pan and serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
