Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1,200 g pumpkin(s) (butternut), prepared
  • 150 g onion(s), roughly chopped
  • 150 g milk
  • 500 g chicken broth
  • nutmeg
  • Salt
  • curry powder
  • Pepper, colorful
  • Sherry, Dry

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Sauté the onions and let them brown. Add the pumpkin and fry lightly. Deglaze with the chicken stock and simmer for about 20 minutes. Stir in the milk. Season to taste with the spices and sherry.
