Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 oranges
  • 2 persimmons
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar (Crema di)
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (e.g. hot black)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • pepper
  • ½ tbsp oil (safflower)
  • possibly sugar
  • 1 small garlic clove(s), if you like

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

If you like, nice and spicy!

Peel the oranges and slice them thinly, as well as the persimmons. Finely dice the onions, press the garlic or finely dice it. Mix everything with the balsamic vinegar and spices and let it sit for a moment.
