Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 parts sour cream
  • 1 part salad cream, e.g. Miracel Wip Balance or Be light
  • Parsley, fresh
  • gherkins, quantity to taste
  • Salt
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

light version

Cut the gherkins into very small cubes and mix well with sour cream, salad dressing, and finely chopped parsley. Season the sauce with salt and lemon juice. It’s delicious with fish or on a roll topped with lettuce, bell peppers, cucumber, and tomatoes.
