Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g natural yogurt 0.1%
- 50 g jam (orange jam)
- 5 sheets of white gelatin
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 egg(s)
- 125 g whipped cream
- 2 oranges
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch (Mondamin)
- 5 tbsp orange juice
- Lemon balm

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes

Soak the gelatin. Beat the egg with lemon juice and vanilla sugar until frothy. Mix the yogurt with the jam and stir into the egg mixture. Squeeze out the softened gelatin and dissolve it in the 5 tablespoons of orange juice over low heat. Carefully stir it into the yogurt mixture. Chill. As soon as the cream begins to set, fold in the stiffly whipped cream. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours to set. Juice the 2 oranges, stir in the teaspoon of Mondamin, and warm. Spoon the sauce onto dessert plates and cut dumplings from the yogurt cream. Garnish with lemon balm.
