Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg rhubarb
- 120 g butter, soft
- 100 g sugar
- 200 g flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Peel the rhubarb, cut it into 1 cm pieces, and place it in a baking dish. Make a batter from the butter, sugar, and flour and sprinkle it over the rhubarb as a crumble. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes on the middle rack.
