Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g rhubarb
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 500 g quark
- ⅛ liter milk
- 50 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Fast and refreshing
Wash the rhubarb, cut it into 2 cm pieces, and sprinkle with sugar. Once the rhubarb has released its juices, add the first packet of vanilla sugar and sauté until soft. Mix the quark with about 1/8 l of milk, the sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice. Layer the quark and the cooled rhubarb in a glass bowl, alternating layers.
