Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 35 some stalks of woodruff
  • ½ tbsp, leveled citric acid, (sachet)
  • 1 liter of vodka
  • 200 g sugar
  • 300 ml water

Instructions

The woodruff needs to wilt for at least 2 hours in a well-ventilated place. Do not dry it, especially not in the sun. Place the woodruff in a bottle, add citric acid, and pour over the vodka. Seal tightly. Place in a sunny location and let it mature for 4-5 weeks. Then filter. Use an old diaper for this, which can be boiled repeatedly. Heat water and sugar in a pot until completely dissolved. Let the syrup cool, then mix with the alcohol. Bottle and seal tightly. After another month, the liqueur is a true delicacy.
