Rhubarb Liqueur
The perfect rhubarb liqueur recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Rhubarb
- 1 Vanilla pod
- 250 g Rock candy white
- 1 bottle Wheat grain
- Wash the rhubarb – do not peel– !! and chop it up.
- Cut the vanilla pod once.
- Now alternate the rhubarb, vanilla pod and rock sugar in a large glass and fill up with the wheat grain.
- Now you need a little patience, put the closed glass in a cool and dark place, shaking it carefully every now and then.
- After 3 weeks, the time has come to pour the liqueur through a sieve into the bottle and then enjoy. ******* I’ll have a drink with you on our good cookbar friendship *******
- If you don’t want it very sweet, take a little less rock sugar.
