Rhubarb Liqueur

The perfect rhubarb liqueur recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Rhubarb
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 250 g Rock candy white
  • 1 bottle Wheat grain
  1. Wash the rhubarb – do not peel– !! and chop it up.
  2. Cut the vanilla pod once.
  3. Now alternate the rhubarb, vanilla pod and rock sugar in a large glass and fill up with the wheat grain.
  4. Now you need a little patience, put the closed glass in a cool and dark place, shaking it carefully every now and then.
  5. After 3 weeks, the time has come to pour the liqueur through a sieve into the bottle and then enjoy. ******* I’ll have a drink with you on our good cookbar friendship *******
  6. If you don’t want it very sweet, take a little less rock sugar.
