Strawberry Rhubarb Liqueur

The perfect strawberry rhubarb liqueur recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,7 l Strawberry juice
  • 0,7 l Rhubarb juice
  • 0,7 l White rum
  • 300 g Rock sugar
  • 3 Vanilla pods
  1. Mix the juices and heat 1/3 together with the sugar. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Then back to the rest and add the rum. Then fill into 3 bottles and add 1 vanilla pod to each (looks nice and gives taste). Min. Let rest for 4 weeks. So cheers!
