Rhubarb Packed in Glass.
The perfect rhubarb packed in glass. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 700 g Peeled rhubarb
- 1 Pc. Kiwi
- 1 Pc. Pear Abate
- 500 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
Also take the pod:
- 0,25 Pc. Vanilla pod scraped out
- Cut everything into small pieces, sugar-coated and leave to stand overnight.
A notice :
- My preserving sugar is made with brown sugar, had it from Luxembourg.
- Add the vanilla pod & pulp, bring to the boil & let bubble for 3-4 minutes. Mix on, then pour into glasses while hot and turn upside down for 5 minutes, then turn.
- The pear weighed 300 g after peeling and removing the core. should be consumed within 3 months.
