Red Lentil Tomato Soup

The perfect red lentil tomato soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Fresh tomato
  • 150 g Lentils red
  • 200 ml Vegetable bouillon cubes
  • Wild garlic leaves
  • Chopped basil
  • 1 a cup Cream sour cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Chives fresh
  1. Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces, omitting the stems. Put the butter in a saucepan and sauté the tomatoes in it. Pour in the broth and cook for 20 minutes. Finely chop the chives and wild garlic and add to the soup. Season to taste with salt and pepper and sugar. Lightly puree the soup with a hand blender. Serve with cream sour cream.
