Ribbon pasta gratin with garlic cream

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 100 ml crème fraîche
  • 100 ml cream
  • 125 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 100 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 100 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

for garlic fans

Cook the pasta until al dente. Cook the garlic with the crème fraîche, cream, and broth for 5 minutes, then season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper. Cook the zucchini for about 3 minutes. Finally, toss the zucchini with the pasta, mushrooms, and garlic cream and place everything in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
