Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g flour, type 405
- 125 g flour (whole wheat flour)
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 225 g brown sugar
- 225 g oat flakes, wholemeal
- 225 g margarine
- 1 tbsp beet syrup or honey
- 1 tbsp water, hot
- ½ tsp baking soda
- possibly chocolate coating
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Crunchy crunchy biscuits, makes about 40 pieces.
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and oats. Heat margarine, syrup, and water until the margarine has melted. Add baking soda. Add this mixture to the dry mixture and mix. Form into cherry-sized balls with your hands, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and flatten with a fork. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Do not let them brown! If desired, you can brush the bottom with melted chocolate coating after the cake has cooled.
