Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g tagliatelle pasta
  • salt water
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 100 g leaf spinach (frozen)
  • 5 slices of cooked ham
  • 1 onion(s)

  • salt and pepper
  • some margarine for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple, quick and delicious

Cook the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, prepare the other ingredients. Dice the ham and slice the onion (diced ones work too, of course). Microwave the spinach for about a minute to thaw slightly. Once the pasta is done, drain and refresh. You can reuse the pot. Add a little margarine to the pot and wait until it melts. Fry the onions and ham. Finally, add the spinach. Once everything is browned, add the cream. I use two cups, but you can vary the amount. Season the sauce with pepper, salt, and broth, then add the pasta. Heat everything up again and serve.
