Raspberry ice cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g raspberries
  • 70 g sugar
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 ml milk (whole milk, 3.5%)
  • 1 tsp lemon or lime juice
  • possibly mint or basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for the ice cream machine

First, I dissolve the sugar in the milk. Then, blend the milk with the raspberries and lemon. Briefly mix in the cream and then pour it into the ice cream maker. It also tastes delicious with mint or basil.
