Ribbon pasta with bacon and cream sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 150 g fried bacon (hamburger bacon)
  • 1 cup of cream or Cremefine
  • ½ cup processed cheese
  • 1 large garlic clove(s)
  • 300 g tagliatelle pasta
  • salt water
  • possibly salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water. Cut the bacon into thin strips and fry. If the bacon has a lot of fat, you can skim it off. Crush the garlic and add it. Reduce the heat, deglaze with cream, and add the cream cheese. Simmer briefly. If the bacon isn’t as flavorful, add a little salt. Stir in the cooked tagliatelle and serve.
