Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g tortellini (refrigerated section)
- 2 pairs of Vienna sausages
- 1 stalk of spring onion(s)
- 1 piece(s) feta cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Heat a pan with a little oil. Meanwhile, chop the sausages and spring onions. When the pan is hot, add the sausages and spring onions and fry. When the sausages are slightly browned, add the tortellini. Once the tortellini are slightly browned, add the sour cream, stir, and season with salt and pepper. Then add the feta, stir, and let it simmer on the turned off heat until the feta has melted slightly. Then serve and enjoy.
