Ribs from Grill

The perfect ribs from grill recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Pork ribs
  • 60 ml Garlic oil
  • 2 disc Lemon
  • 3 Pc. Rosemary
  • 2 tbsp Herbs of Provence
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. Use a sharp knife to pierce small holes between the ribs and use a skewer to skewer two ribs. Pour garlic oil into a small bowl and mix with the juice of two lemon wedges.
  2. Turn on the grill. Dip the rosemary sprigs in the lemon-garlic oil mixture and rub the ribs on both sides. Then season on both sides.
  3. Now grill the skewers until they are crispy, occasionally sprinkling some garlic oil with the rosemary sprig onto the skewers. Serve with the rest of the lemon and garlic oil.
