Ribs from Grill
The perfect ribs from grill recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Pc. Pork ribs
- 60 ml Garlic oil
- 2 disc Lemon
- 3 Pc. Rosemary
- 2 tbsp Herbs of Provence
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- Use a sharp knife to pierce small holes between the ribs and use a skewer to skewer two ribs. Pour garlic oil into a small bowl and mix with the juice of two lemon wedges.
- Turn on the grill. Dip the rosemary sprigs in the lemon-garlic oil mixture and rub the ribs on both sides. Then season on both sides.
- Now grill the skewers until they are crispy, occasionally sprinkling some garlic oil with the rosemary sprig onto the skewers. Serve with the rest of the lemon and garlic oil.
