Ribs with Fried Potatoes

Ingredients
 

  • 1,5 kg Potato
  • 3 Pork ribs
  • 1 tbsp Caraway seeds
  • 2 Onion
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • 1 Butter

Instructions
 

  • Boil the potato the day before.
  • Peel the potatoes and put them in a pan with hot oil and some butter. Roasted golden brown
  • Add the onions, salmon and caraway seeds almost at the end.
  • Fry the ribs well in a pan. There was also beetroot salad.
