Ribs with Fried Potatoes

  • 1,5 kg Potato
  • 3 piece Pork ribs
  • 1 tbsp Caraway seeds
  • 2 piece Onion
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • 1 piece Butter
  1. Boil the potato the day before.
  1. Peel the potatoes and put them in a pan with hot oil and some butter. Roasted golden brown
